Outside Sales Account Executive

We are an approved vendor for Verizon Communications.  You will be selling leading, cutting edge Verizon Fios services, (TV, Internet and Phone) as well as electricity/natural gas supply to residences and businesses in northern and central NJ at various locations and events. Electricity and gas sales can also be done in NY and PA.  

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new customers at various on-site events and locations in NJ and also over the phone
  • Prospect for potential customers and establish relationships using direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings and promptly follow up on leads
  • Build a rapport with clients and implement strong people skills
  • Maintain detailed client notes and an organized plan of closing sales – no Salesforce!
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism
  • Learn how to use company-provided tablet software and learn about new industry technologies
  • Product knowledge and training to be provided

Compensation:

  • Compensation is a commission-only, hybrid structure of upfront payments coupled with longer-term monthly residual payments
  • Annual income range:  $50,000-$150,000+ with uncapped potential
  • Incentives and bonuses will be offered
  • Opportunity for promotion and advancement to sales management with additional compensation
  • Medical insurance and other benefits are currently not offered
